Take a flight above the crater of the world's largest dormant volcano, Haleakala, that sits 10,023 feet above sea level. The crater is 3,000 feet deep, 7.5 miles long, 2.5 miles wide, and is a total of 22 miles in circumference. Once the sun begins to drop, the impressive daytime vistas are overshadowed by the vibrant night sky as the moon and stars begin to illuminate all of Haleakala.
